Who we are
Born and raised in Ottawa, my cooking is shaped by both my Middle Eastern roots and the diverse food cultures I’ve experienced throughout my career. Growing up around bold flavors, shared meals, and strong food traditions sparked my passion for cooking and the idea that food is meant to bring people together.
I began my career working in some of Ottawa’s top restaurants before expanding my experience abroad in Melbourne, Australia — a city known for its incredible mix of global cuisines. Cooking in different kitchens and traveling has allowed me to learn from many cultures and explore a wide range of ingredients, techniques, and traditions.
Today, my approach focuses not only on great food but also on creating a smooth, relaxed dining atmosphere where guests can truly enjoy the experience. Through thoughtful menus, seasonal ingredients, and attention to detail, I aim to create meals that feel special while bringing people together around the table.
